Does my Bobbin bike arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes arrive 85% assembled in a box. You will need to fit the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle. Easy-to-follow instructions and tools are included.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return window for all unused bikes in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a shipping label.
