At Bobbin Bikes, we want you to love your new ride, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unused bikes and accessories in their original packaging. Whether it's a change of heart or a sizing adjustment, our team is here to ensure your cycling journey starts on the right track.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the bike if necessary and place it back in its original box with all protective padding and tools included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized courier point or schedule a home collection for larger bike boxes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
